401K

Full-time employees are eligible to enroll in the 401K program the next open enrollment of either Jan 1 or July 1 following 6-months of service. Employees can contribute 1 to 15% of gross income. There is no company match at this time. The vesting schedule is graded: at first year 20%, second y ear 40%, etc until fifth year at 100%.

Per Diem

All drivers paid on mileage may receive .08 cpm per diem as part of their base pay rate to help cover expenses. Drivers may choose not to receive the per diem pay.
